Refund Policy
How we assess refund requests for our private application-assistance services.

All visas pty Ltd provides an independent private assistance service. This policy applies to our service fees and does not change any rights you may have under applicable law.
1. Before work has started
If you request cancellation before we have begun processing or submitting work on your application, we will assess whether a refund of the service fee is available. Any payment-provider charges or other non-recoverable costs may be deducted where permitted.
2. After processing or submission
Once work has been performed, an application has been prepared, reviewed, submitted or otherwise processed, refund eligibility is assessed individually. We consider the service stage, work already completed and any non-recoverable costs. A refusal, delay or decision by an authority does not by itself mean that our assistance service was not provided.
3. Government and third-party charges
Where a charge is paid to a government authority, carrier or other third party, its refundability is governed by that organisation's rules. We cannot refund amounts that are non-refundable to us or outside our control.
4. How to make a request
Send a request through our contact page or to allvisasmigration@gmail.com. Include the applicant's name, application reference, email address used for the application and the reason for the request. We may ask for further information to verify the request.
5. Approved refunds
If a refund is approved, it is normally returned to the original payment method. Banks and payment providers may require additional time before the credit appears on your statement. We will communicate the decision and any applicable deductions.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The version displayed on this page applies from its stated update date, subject to rights that cannot be excluded by law.
