We do not issue visas or travel authorisations, and we cannot guarantee approval, a processing time, admission to a country, or any outcome decided by an authority, carrier or border official.

You are responsible for checking the applicable official requirements, holding the correct passport and travel permissions, reviewing your application before submission, and complying with all instructions from relevant authorities and carriers.

4. Fees and payments

Displayed prices and any selected service options are confirmed during the application and payment process. Payment processing is handled by our payment service providers. We do not ask you to send payment-card details by email. Our Refund Policy explains how we assess refund requests.
